To equip students with technical and supervisory pastry and bakery skills, to impart managerial and administrative skills in the field of baking and pastry. To enable students to prepare both cold and hot desserts, bake and decorate cake for various occasions.

  • Foreign language – German/French

  • Computer Knowledge.
  • Entrepreneurship

CAREER PROSPECTS
Career opportunities for graduates of this course exist in hotels, catering establishments and large scale bakeries where they may be employed as bakers, pastry cooks and assistant pastry chef. Entrepreneurship is also possible for these graduates.
